Shipping policy


SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.95 (3-4 business days after shipment)

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders $50 and over

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Delivery Time: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days via our standard shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Heartsfire Candle Company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at AsiaraeAmaral@HeartsfireCandleCompany.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Heartsfire Candle Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for secure delivery if you will not be home. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Shipments: We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at AsiaraeAmaral@HeartsfireCandleCompany.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Weather Considerations: During extreme heat, candles may soften or melt during transit. While we package our products carefully, we cannot control weather conditions during shipping. If your candles arrive softened, simply place them in a cool location and they will re-harden without affecting quality or performance.
